Luis Azevedo

Luís Azevedo is a seasoned resource industry executive with over 35 years of international experience and deep expertise in the Brazilian Mining Code. He holds a BSc in Geology from Rio de Janeiro State University, a Law degree from Candido Mendes University, and a postgraduate degree from Pontifícia Universidade Católica of Rio de Janeiro.

As Chairman and CEO of Bravo Mining, he leverages his combined technical and legal expertise to drive strategic growth. He is also a founder of FFA Legal Ltda., a Rio de Janeiro-based firm supporting natural resource companies with environmental licensing, land and mineral rights management, accounting, financial reporting, HR, and administrative services.

Mr. Azevedo has spent his entire career in Brazil and began with Western Mining Corp. and Barrick Gold Corp., building a strong track record of advancing projects into successful mining operations. He later co-founded Avanco Resources Ltd., where he played a pivotal role in developing and operating Brazil’s only new copper mine in the Carajás Mineral Province not owned by Vale S.A., culminating in its acquisition by OZ Minerals for approximately A$430 million in 2018. He has also held senior leadership roles at Rio Verde Minerals Development Corp. (acquired by B&A Mineração in 2013) and Talon Metals Corp.

He currently serves on the boards of Vox Royalty Corp. (NASDAQ/TSX), Serabi Gold plc (TSX/LSE), Harvest Minerals Ltd (AIM), and PVW Resources Ltd (ASX).

An active advocate for the Brazilian mining sector, Mr. Azevedo founded and leads the Brazilian Mining Prospectors Association (ABPM) and was appointed Vice President of the Mining Council of the Brazilian National Confederation of Industry (CNI) in 2019. He was named National Explorer of the Year in 2017, recognized among Brazil’s top mining leaders by the Global Mining Observer in 2019, and awarded “Mineral Sector Personality of the Year” in 2025 by Brasil Mineral. He is a Brazilian national fluent in English and Spanish.


Anthony (Tony) Polglase

Anthony (Tony) Polglase

Mr. Polglase holds a Bachelor of Engineering (First Class Honours) in Metallurgy from the Camborne School of Mines, as well as Higher National Certificates in Mechanical and Electrical Engineering. He is currently Principal Engineer and Director of Kernow Mining Consultants Ltd.

Mr. Polglase began his career at the South Crofty Tin Mine in Cornwall and has since accumulated over 40 years of international experience across multiple mining disciplines. He has worked with companies including AngloGold Ashanti Ltd., Rio Tinto Ltd., TVX Gold Inc., and Ivernia Inc., with experience spanning Africa, Europe, the Former Soviet Union, Australia, and, over the past decade, Brazil.

He has extensive experience in the development, execution, and operation of mining projects, having been responsible for, or closely involved in, the commissioning of more than seven mines, both open-pit and underground, including plant operations and maintenance management.

Mr. Polglase was the Founder and Managing Director of ASX-listed Avanco Resources Ltd., which he led from pre-IPO through to production in Brazil. The company was acquired by OZ Minerals for A$418 million in 2018, marking one of the most successful ASX-listed copper companies operating in Brazil. He worked closely with Mr. Azevedo throughout Avanco’s growth from IPO to acquisition. He has also served as a director of numerous Australian and Canadian resource companies.

He was named Brazil Mining Executive of the Year in 2017. Mr. Polglase is a British and Australian national and is fluent in Portuguese.


Stephen Quin

Stephen Quin

Stephen Quin is a distinguished mining executive with over 45 years of experience spanning exploration, development, operations, and closure. A graduate of the Royal School of Mines, London, he holds a BSc (Honours) in Mining Geology. He currently serves as a director of TDG Gold Corp. (TSX.V-listed, since 2023) and Osisko Development Corp. (NYSE/TSX-listed, since 2024).

Mr. Quin was previously President, CEO, and Director of Midas Gold Corp. (TSX-listed) from its inception in February 2011 until December 2020. Prior to that, he held senior leadership roles at Capstone Mining Corp. (TSX-listed) and Sherwood Copper Corp. (TSX.V-listed, acquired by Capstone), and spent 18 years at Miramar Mining Corp. (TSX-listed), including as Executive Vice President.

Over his career, Mr. Quin has led, overseen, or reviewed more than 45 technical studies, ranging from initial mineral resource estimates to feasibility studies, across commodities including gold, silver, PGMs, and base metals. He has been directly involved in the permitting, construction, and operation of multiple mining projects across several jurisdictions.

He has also led industry-leading ESG initiatives across projects in Nunavut, Yukon, Mexico, Canada, and the United States, with a strong focus on building collaborative relationships with Indigenous communities. In addition, he has raised over US$1 billion in financing and played a key role in more than US$750 million of M&A transactions. He has served on over 20 boards of directors and several industry organizations.

Mr. Quin is a Professional Geoscientist (P.Geo.) registered with Engineers and Geoscientists British Columbia (EGBC), a Fellow of the Society of Economic Geologists and the Geological Association of Canada, and a member of IOM3 with a Qualified for Minerals Reporting (QMR) designation. His expertise includes geology, mineral resources and reserves, NI 43-101 technical reporting, mining operations, and ESG.


Margot Naudie

Margot Naudie

Ms. Naudie is a seasoned capital markets professional with over 25 years of global investment experience managing long/short and global natural resource portfolios. She has held senior roles at leading multi-billion-dollar asset management firms, including TD Asset Management, Marret Asset Management, and CPP Investment Board. She was recognized as a Brendan Wood TopGun (Platinum) for five consecutive years.

Ms. Naudie serves as an Independent Director on several public and private company boards, bringing extensive governance experience. Her board roles have included Audit Committee Chair, Compensation Committee Chair, Lead Independent Director, and member of HR and ESG Committees, as well as Chair of Special Committees.

She currently serves as a director of Abaxx Technologies Inc. (CBOE/OTCQX), Amerigo Resources Ltd. (TSX/OTCQX), Base Carbon Inc. (CBOE/OTCQX), NexGold Mining Corp. (TSX.V/OTCQX/FRA), and CoTec Holdings Corp. (TSX.V).

Ms. Naudie holds degrees in Political Science and Economics from McGill University and an MBA from the Ivey School of Business. She is a Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) charterholder.
